This course focuses on the specialised field of condominium management, addressing the unique challenges of managing shared property ownership in Malta. The course develops practical skills in budgeting for shared expenses, organising maintenance of communal facilities, and ensuring transparency and accountability in decision-making processes. Particular emphasis is placed on conflict resolution, communication, and stakeholder engagement, enabling participants to manage relationships between residents effectively.
